2021 sees the return of the Lambathon virtual event. This year it will take place over six weeks and is spread over every region of Scotland: from hill farms with over 2,000 sheep to a flock of just ten.

Some farms are focused on prize-winning pedigrees; others are lambing in between tending crops and other livestock on a mixed farm. For some, lambing takes place indoors, while other flocks are seen giving birth in the fields.

Viewers will be able to see a huge variety of landscapes and farming environments, but they’ll also learn about the farming lives of the teams on the ground and have the chance to meet over 25 unique breeds of sheep.
